His name is listed with the World War 1 Veterans on the Front of the Valleyfield Cenotaph. He died in 1918 after his return to Canada, but apparently not a result of the war. He is not listed on the Canadian Virtual War Memorial or in the Commonwealth War Graves Commission registry
